Hi ladies, I hope you are all well?
Well I had ANOTHER hospital appt today, this time with the obstetrician. Well she asked me if everything was ok and I nearly burst into tears!! lol You see I have had a bit of a bladder problem for ages, in so much as I have to get up 3 or 4 times a night even whenI'm not pregnant. Well this has got so much worse recently. I can't go anymore than 30mins in the night without getting up to use the loo!! My husband won't even sleep in the same room as me because I'm up so much! I also have to go during the day at least once an hour. I've had the urine dipsticks done but they ahven't found anything, so she sent off a MSU.
It's driving me mad. I feel like I'm going mad! I also can't wee properly sitting down, I have to kind of hover and rock back and forth!!!
Well the consultant was lovely. She said that if i wasn't pregnant there would be loads of things that they could do, but as i'm pregnant there isn't too much available (figures). She did an internal to check for a prolapsed bladder, but said it was only a tiny bit prolapsed which didn't explain my symptoms. She is going to wait for my msu results and then look at my limited options! But said that she will do lots of tests after i have baby to see if they can find a permanent solution to my weeing problem!
