When I read on Sky news what this brave 13 year old boy did it just made me cry so much.
This young boy sacrificed his own life to save his 10 year old brother, even though he was terrified of the water himself. By the time rescuers had saved his brother & returned to save Jordan the water had risen so quickly that the rope they were using broke & Jordan & his mum were swept away. You hear about sibling rivalry, but this is the ultimate in brotherly love for you. So touching & so sad & now I'm expecting my 2nd baby it makes me wonder what kind of bond my son will have with the baby. Hopefully as close as these 2 boys. My only hope is that my son would never have to make such a sacrifice for a sibling.
