Jordan Quote

I actually like Jordan myself! I like how true and "out there" she is... BUT, I saw this and wanted to quote it because it made me laugh when I pictured the scene!!

(Jordan on being "too dirty" with Pete on the bed) Jordan told Closer: "I know it's disgusting, but we get carried way. It's so easy to forget cameras are there."

Yep, with 4 lighting people, 3 sound guys, 5 cameras, management, producer...

...Yup, I can see how it's easy to forget they're all there!

...Approximately 4 feet away from you!

...While you're talking to them!

LOL! I just pictured it and it made me laugh  xx

Me and my sister used to go to my Gran's for a weeks holiday and its only now I'm older I can see it was so my mum and dad could get some peace and quiet, and I can fully understand why. Whilst I don't personally think I could be away from my children for too long, I don't think people who do holiday without their children are not good parents. Its quality not quantity and sometimes we need a break. I used to love going to work as it meant I could just have some me time, and it meant when I was with Seren I appreciated her all the more. I also thought of her all the time when we weren't together. Not everyones parenting style but it works for my family.

i cant decide wether i like her or hate her. I think some times she seems really nice and other times she just does really rediculas things. I was watching there show last week and thought it was funny till her 2 boys flew back home with there babysitters till the rest of them went home. I wouldnt be able to do that... :shakehead:

Me and OH saw that and we said exactly the same - a wonderful happy family holiday in Australia and then 2 of the kids got sent away! They were crying! Peter said th ebaby was staying because she wasn't old enoug to leave her mum yet - the poor toddler is only 2 and needs his parents just as much! And Harvey too.
I like watching the programme as it's entertaining but that bit was horrible  so sad for the 2 boys

actually the other two kids were going back to school and nursery.
i think it would have been far more irresponsible to keep the kids on holiday instead of keeping them in a normal routine.
those kids don't exactly have a normal life so any routine they have is
probably really good for them. its not as if they left them at home with nannies for the whole holiday. at least they didnt leave them alone in a hotel like the mccanns! or pretend they were kidnapped like the matthews! i think theres a lot of far worse parents that arent in the media..why should they get flack because they are famous..i think katie price is very clever, if u could make that much money from my figure i would..her kids are never gonna want for anything and they seem really loved too so whats so bad about that??

I have never liked Jordan, never ever.

As for going on holiday without children, I would never dream of it. My mother brought me up on her own from when I was 6, and we used to go on holiday together all the time. She never left me and went somewhere without me. I can't imagine going away for a lovely holiday and not having my children with me, I'd feel guilty as hell.

I dont admire her but dont dislike her.
i think its wrong that she gets slated for "leaving" her kids with nannies while she fullfills work commitments. what does every other family do when the both work... they use a nursery, playgroup, private childminder, nanny or au pair to look after their children while they go out into the working world and earn money to provide security for their kids they arent slated... how is she so different??? her job has a shelf life so shes getting work while she can before botox and plastic surgery fails to up keep her image whereas joe bloggs on the street knows health permitting they can work in their line of work untill 65.
maybe the way they act or what they say raises eyebrows but the way i see it no parent is perfect, we are after all human.

I can understand that, but (and I mean this respectfully) that is your personal opinion based on your childhood experiences. Once a year my parents would leave me with my Gran, and my brother with my Grandma and Grandpa (or vice versa) for a long weekend away on their own. We used to love the change of scenery and our grandparents would take us on picnics, to museums, parks, libraries, events, parades, concerts - the works! My Mum and Dad would ring up every day to check all was well, and we usually only spoke to them for a few minutes at a time because we were busy making cakes or playing a game! We'd enjoy the break just as much as Mum and Dad enjoyed theirs.

I think it's a different kettle of fish when it's leaving the children with grandparents because they're close family members still and bonding time with them is important. :)

don't get me wrong, if i could make that much money too from my body i would, and yes she's clever and i think her and pete are entertaining and funny and i watch their behind the scenes programme - i'm not completely slating her or anything, it's just my opinion on that 1 instance. I am not against parents going on little breaks, I just felt for the 2 boys when they got sent home halfway through the holiday, on a massive flight (from aus!) without their parents, while their sister stayed with mummy - i really felt for them.
I wasn't slating her for making money from her body or for not being clever
edit: and i heard the voice-over say they were being sent back as it was school, but junior is 2

sorry that i used that quote to make my point- it was supposed to be in answer to ppl slagging off jordan more than you were...i see what you mean it is sad for them to leave the family holiday..i think they just thought it was more important for them to get back to their daily routine-
even if junior is 2 he goes to nursery and thats his routine- and its just as important if not more so to keep whatever order and routine in toddlers lives that you can esp when its hectic like there family is-
i should have used a more appropriate quote- sorry xx
