jodie was in a Perfect routine then it all went to pot. But im pleased to say we are back on track again. She has changed sooooooooo much. She now wakes arond 730 - 800 then she has a bottle and brekkie. She watches a bit of telly while i get ready and iron her clothes. We then go for a strole just to save sanity really and get a bit of exercise. She has a bottle at lunch with a baby jar. Plays all afternoon. And has a go in the walker. She has her tea at 5 ish followed by a bottle. A bath or a strip wash and we settle down for the night. She now goes bed betweeen 7 and 9 wich is great as she was really bad. She wouldnt sleep at all. She kept on waking through the night and we were exausted. How are you ladies coping. Nobody has replied to me for a long time. XXXXXXXXXPAULA

wow, that sounds like a really nice routine! i do look forward to the days when we will have a bit of structure

Hi Paula

I'm really pleased to hear that your little one is settling down nicely again. Sounds like you've got a really good routine going.

When do you think you'll introduce snacks to Jodie? My daughter Olivia has just turned 9 months old and everyone keeps telling me I should be giving her snacks as well as her 3 meals a day.

Lucy

That sounds like a fab routine, does she sleep well at night too? Mia is an angle during the day, but shes a terrible sleeper at night-i'm up soooo many times for her-can't wait till the day she sleeps though!!

Amy xx

Amy - I can relate to you totally, Olivia was also a terrible sleeper and still sometimes wakes once in the night. You might notice a difference when you wean (did you start weaning? Not sure if I read in another thread if you did/didn't). Do you think Mia comfort feeds during the night or do you think she's hungry?

Lucy

wow thats a very gd routine, glad its workin for u!!

avaters sooo cute too! :D

Lucy-I have started to wean Mia- shes only having a few purees and a little baby rice at lunchtime, it has'nt made any difference. I'm just so desperate for her to sleep at night-i'm sure she can't be hungry-maybe waking for comfort?? It's so hard not knowing?? My breasts don't seem very full or i don't leak as much as i used to-do you think maybe i'm not making enough milk for her, or it has'nt got as much goodness?? I started taking vitamins-is there anything else i could eat more of to boost my milk supply-i just really don't want to stop feeding her myself.

Thanks Amy xx
