So jess arrived Monday morning at 11.
Planned c section so all very organised.... Although I kepty nerves at bay they did take over once I got to theatre. I couldn't stop crying!!
After being in theatre about 10 mins and prepped etc she arrived.... Crying which was such a lovely noise. We were both amazed it was a girl, for some reason we were both convinced it was a boy.
Yesterday was diidicult getting up for the first time, the pain is something I would not/ could not allow myself to think about. But crickey it hurts! Feels slightly better today which Is a positive.
Jessica is on antibiotics until at least tonight, so fingers crossed we can go home tomo..... But she's just perfect. I'm in a bay on my own, so it's quite precious having this time with her. Can't stop looking at her, she's just lovely!
