Just wondered how your cervical scan went today?

Had mine this morning - measured 3.7cm, which is exactly the same as it measured at my 12 week scan, so good news so far, though obviously baby is still only small...but taking each day at a time! Sonographer also did a tummy scan and showed us baby again - he was asleep this time, lying on his tummy and lying on his arms. So cute! Am seeing the doc on monday to discuss what we do next...but i'm guessing it will be 2 week check ups rather than the stitch straight away...

how was yours? Hoping it was all good news too.

hi! glad yours went well all good news here aswell. The sonographer measured 3.4cm which she said was fine then the consultant reviewed the pictures and she measured the wrong bit its actually longer than that so all good no stitch for me yet and no more measurements until 20 weeks when the consultant is doing my detailed scan.

They also took a vaginal swab and sent off my urine so im all covered and feeling positive.

So glad thats all over!
