I don't have a problem with jars, I used to (I don't know why) but they are a godsend when I've been a bit slack and gone into the freezer and realised there were no more pots of food left! Also, they were handy when we moved house and when we went on holiday.
I enjoy making Ella's food, I know what goes in it and I get a sense of pride when I see her eating it and enjoying it (Although she will eat anything!). We don't puree alot anymore, main meals she will eat the same as us. For lunch she will have a sandwich or toast with a breadstick or something and a yogurt to finish. The only thing we puree is fruit, because she loves it and my OH enjoys making it for her.
