   I know!!! How scary!!!

A few weeks back my hubby said that I was racking in the drawer through the night and I said that I wasnt even up for Arianna or anything so if I was I was sleep walking.... and he said that maybe he just dreamt it and we kinda forgot about it. But I got up last night and started to pull out clothes for morning... my hubby woke me up and I was standing in the cupboard with no idea what I was doing!!

Any idea why I would be doing this?!?!

oh no!! I have this problem sometimes too!! I have slept walked from quie a young age! Once in a gotel where I went down to the ballroom and my mum and dad were in there dancing a looked over and there I was standing in my pyjams zombiefied!!!

The one that had the most potential for disaster though is when I first met P (dh) he lived in the flat over the road from the flat I was living in and he was on night shift, so instead of coming home and going to his house he was going to let himself into my flat and climb into bed with me. So I had no clothes on in anticipation  halfway through the night, I woke up to find myself at the top of the stairs to the front door stark b0llock naked about to go over to his flat  the flat had a yale lock - if I had got out, I woudln't have been getting back in! Thank god I woke up!!

Ooh, and in answer to your question, could you be anxious about something? I think sometimes sleep walking is an inability to switch off. Do you have things on your mind? Getting up to get dressed tends to suggest you feel that you should be up doing things rather than sleeping?

P once got in the shower at 2:00am because he thought he was going to be late for work!!! That was hilarious!!

could be stress??
I used to sleep walk/talk all the time :wall: Its so embaresing.

I sleepwalk a couple of times a week. It's usually because I've got too much to do and I've gone to sleep planning what I have to do the next day, and end up making a start on it in my sleep  .

I used to always sleepwalk when OH was working late. I'd come downstairs at 3am, sit down for 10 minutes, have a full conversation with him, and go back to bed  . Now I have to listen to him wittering about work when I'm awake - think I'll try sleep walking again

I've always been worse when I'm stressed.

iv never slept walked lol, dya not have any idea uv done it when u wake up the next day?

I have had no clue about it!! And still wouldnt have unless hubby woke me up!!

Kinda scares me as my hubby works away alot!!! What happens if I do something stupid when he is away!

I used to think someone was knocking on the door when i lived at home with my mum, i'd walk down stairs in my pj's to answer it. trouble is my room was on the 3rd storey and there is no way i would have been able to hear someone knocking on the door if i was awake :wall:

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: bless ya i did this once when i was pregnant, i cnt remeber doing it at all,
Ian said he woke up and i was pulling clothes out f the drawers and throwing them behind me then i puilled the drawer out and threw it at the wall, he said he thought i was searching for my inhaler and he was saying "steph what are you doing?" he said then i turned around and my eyes were open but they were rolled into the back of my head so my eyes were completely white  he said i then looked at him dashed off into the front room and rustled about and ran and jumped and got back into bed :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: in the morning he asked me why i got up and i said i didnt when he told me what i did i laughed and told him he was talking rubbish rolled over and sure enough there were clothes EVERYWHERE i got up turned the telly on in the front room room but there was no signal and the aerial had been pulled out, i couldnt find it anywhere untill i went to the loo and it was in the bath! freaks me out i wonder if iv ever done it since!!!

They say you sleep walk when you have alot on your mind and you feel as if youve got more to do ...

Hubby thinks I am trying to pack stuff up now for moving!

i used to sleep walk when i was a kid, my dad once found me at the top of my stairs with the quilt trying to go to sleep, thinking it was my bed

my mates grandad sleepwalks, she once told me he got out of bed and tipped the matress upside down (with his wife on the bed!! ) shouting there was a massive spider on it!!!!! it frightened the life out of his wife, and im not suprised!!!!!

also, a lass i knew, when she gets drunk she nearly always sleep walks, alot of the time she walk to a corner in the bedroom and wees!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

i also used to sleep talk but dont do it now i dont think

I slept walked as a kid too, but as far as I know havent done it for years!

When I was little I apprently (in my sleep) went into my Mum and Dad's bedroom, climbed on the bed and started walking over there feet and asking if we could get a parrot - I hate birds, well not hate but they scare the sh*t out of me with the flappy noises they make!

Ive never sleep walked, tho my best friend used to - I used to stay over his house a lot and when we got a bit older I had to sleep in his sisters room (dont know what they thought we would get up to sharing a room lol).

Anyway one night he threw open the door where I was sleeping, stark naked, screaming at me to "get off my bus!!!!"

Hes mum had to come up and walk him back to bed and he was so embarassed the next day :rotfl:

My then soon to be husband got out of bed and I asked where he was going, he just ignored me so I followed him as did my uncle when he heard the commotion, my ex went calmy down the stairs and proceeded to P#ss all over my hoover!! he then walked back upstairs still with us following and got into bed with my uncles girlfriend! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

LOL my ex put out all the electrics once by pissing on the plugs on an extension lead, luckily we had circuit breakers but it took me ages to figure out what had happened!!

(he was drunk as opposed to sleep walking!)
