Some one a while ago asked how to cook a fish finger with out it sticking to the tray, Ive just done it lol. Just flip it over 5 mins after putting it in and youll have a perfectly formed finger Just thought id share

woo i made them the other night too and i still got them stuck i couldn't remember what the thread said to make them not stick.
