Tonight I have made the break and put Rubie into her own room

Fingers crossed it goes ok and I don't take her back in with me when I go to bed

It went really well, she woke at the same time as usual (5am for dummy, then 7am to get up) yay I'm so proud of us both!!

What do you mean by blind? A blackout blind? I don't have one. Rubie has cream curtains, I have white & lemon ones in my room so they are both quite light. Doesn't seem to affect her sleep though.

Ella is still in with us, I need to decorate so I can put her in her own room. Will miss her being there though Kim did you find you woke easily at 5 am when Rubie woke for her dummy? could you hear her?

Yeah I woke just the same as if she were in with me, although I did have the monitor in too even though she is next door. She hardly made a sound at 5am but I still heard her, I think we're programmed to lol

She didn't bother with 5am this morning, just woke at 6am and wanted to play!!

Good job, i cant put kiara in her own room till bernies uncle moves out in the end of august so one more month but think she iwll sleep better when she is in her own room.
Hope she keeps up the good sleeping routine.
