I've a sore a back

I've had a sore back all day and really really mild like period cramps baby has been moving and is currently ATM but movements feel weird to normal I know she was back to back I wonder if she turned round ready ? The cramps aren't bad nothing that I need to worry about haven't lost water or or my plug or anything I will be asking tomorro what it is I have been having braxton hicks aswell I also notice that she Lyra on her side and turns to her other side if you know what I mean I just hope she hasn't gone to breech as I don't want them to turn her last time they did it with Amy they didn't give me anything to numb the area or to relax the muscle :s
