Phoned them up Midland fertility clinic and they said its £3000 Ago is that about right I'm sure I heard some say they only paid £600

Did you try another doctor? As I'm sure you can get it on the NHS. Yes you had a miscarriage but you don't have children. X

Heya, I have had a look on the Midlands fertility website and the cost for IUI alone is £995 on the site. But that is without all the appointment costs and medication etc. You are probably best ringing and asking for a break down of the £3000 or having a look on the website.
Costs can differ from each area.
But it is definitely worth your while getting in contact with your GP and seeing about a referral. Before you seek private.
Me and my partner have been TTC for 4 year now and have our first appointment at our Fertility Clinic on 1st Dec.

Yes I would say thats about right once you factor everything in. Depending on your circumstances then IUI is sometimes not the best option either. If you are like myself who had a very defined ovulation problem then IUI is very effective but if you have unexplained fertility then them its not nearly as successful. It is far less invasive and less expensive but has to perhaps be weighed up with succesd rate etc in your specific circumstance.

My iuis were approx £900 each cycle and that included all appointments, scans and drugs (I did clomid, trigger and progesterone) so £3000 does seem in the high side. Is ask for a breakdown x
