that makes me feel unwell. M/S seems to have shifted target to the evening times, when I get home from work its the thought of cooking my dinner that gets me. The thought of eating dinner is okay but then when I think about the actual process I go off the idea! Think it doesnt help that I am living out of fridge and microwave in my hallway while the kitchen is redone.

Only managed a sausage roll last night, tonight I have managed beans on toast which is an improvement but only just survived the cooking bit! Luckily DH works away during the week so I can have what I like :)

Anyone else finding that cooking is not good??

My OH had to take over dinners for 10 weeks as I couldn't face food shopping let alone cooking! Know exactly how you feel babe x he had to cook with all windows open and door shut and it was still a bit dodgy as to whether I ate it or not! Lol x

my morning sickness went from mornings to evenings and it was a real pain i prefered it earlier in day as i never wanted to eat but i found the more i ate about an hour befor it usually came on the better luckiy my dd has hot school meals so i didnt have to cook

and there was me worrying that my sickness had disappeared... it has come back with a vengence this evening! I have just spent the last hour retching while cooking a thai prawn curry. And I couldn't eat any of it either. Rubbish.

yeah it always hits at 5oclock when kids are hungry its the smells that does it!! if only i could hire a chef or eat out every night then i would be fine

I'm ok so long as its not meat

I keep burning things, concentration levels have gone to the dogs

Totally know what u mean, i still have to hold my breath when i open the fridge door otherwise its uh oh bleurgh time! xx

The thought of cooking, actually cooking, the thought of eating, the thought of other people eating!! I'm really struggling to make my self eat, or just to find things that I'm able to eat. Luckily, I've only been sick once, but I expect morning sickness to kick in everyday (and am thankful for everyday it doesn't!).

p.s. this is my first post, Hello!!

Welcome Indigo!

I felt sick in the evenings too. I was fine when cutting up veg but OH had to prepare the meat and start off cooking it, I would then nip in at the end and take all the credit!! I found I could eat more if I didn't associate it with the raw meat at the start. I ate toast when I really couldn't face a full meal.

I have been exactly the same this is the first week where I feel relatively normal!
