I can now no longer walk properly. OMG i have never been in so much pain, my knees and hips have litterally just given way underneath me as i went to the loo and the pain is unbearable. Is anyone else suffering too and can my midwife do anything to help when i go see her on tues???

mention it to your midwife. She may suggst some physio.

yep i am gunna. I was supposed to go for sum kind of aroma therapy but they never arranged it for me

I find that my hips give way under me when im standing sometimes its horrible, hope you feel better soon, why not go for a pregnancy massage? or reflexology,, im hoping to

Perhaps you could try some of those SPD exercises in Sami's sticky?

 

I was gonna say try the SPD excercises. try some ice too, or if it helps more, a warm bath. It's horrible isn't it

wow thanks guys i will have a look at those excercises. It is aweful it has only come on in the past week and is causing to be a pain now oh well just something else for me to moan about xxx
