What are the things you should avoid eating? Last time it was pate, soft cheese and nuts.... what's new?

Please tell me chocolate is still ok!!!???!!!

Yes chocolate is fine. It just isn't very nutritious! But I'm sure you know that.

  hello and a huge welcome    Congratulations on your BFP (big fat positive)     * years, good gap! lol, If i am lucky enough to have another one i will have 14 years between mine, my OH (other half) will have 27years between his youngest and oldest.. :rotfl: :rotfl: eek!
OK back to question.... There is a good site i found, Don't worry about the odd wee slip, It's not often we get food poison, when we are not PG, so there should be less chance again if we are being careful whilst carring precious cargo! *We as Fully grown people can get a wee crampy tummy and maybe sickness but our bumps are unable to handle bacteria the same, (i was just unlucky :(- Also told the odds were too high to calculate.)Belgium fast food :( But i shall try again :)
I'd watch the other things aswell though... No RAW EGGS please, Samonella has still been found in eggs... Other things to avoid are listed on the Food Standers Agency http://www.eatwell.gov.uk/agesandstages ... rpregnant/ :)
Hope this helps and my post doesn't freak you out , just raising awarness! :moon: Oh yes and DEFO get your iron tablets ASAP.... reduces the chances of bone prob;lems in baby by a masive 70%.... great progress eh!
Enjoy your PG doll and once again BIG HUGS  Congrats, and enjoy your forum, Lv Yvonne xx
