I get where you're coming from Lou, I hate tinned tuna but love fresh but I make an ace corned beef hash, in fact I'm gonna make one tonight I only really make it in winter but the weather is sucky today so it kind of fits, you should try it I bet you'd like it its really tasty, I don't like it cold though, that fat stuff is a bit gross on the outside!

How are you anyway, I must reply to your email, I need to send it over to my doc still too, I just had a really busy few days before I went away.
