Is Twitter an approved website on PF?

I noticed last night that Twitter is not on the approved social-networking websites list on this Forum. Facebook, Bebo and MySpace are.

There are threads on this Forum giving links to Twitter accounts but they are not closed threads. So is Twitter just a 'recently' approved social networking website yet to be put on the list?
