is this ovulation .....

i am having some af type feelings this morning. does this mean im ovulating cause im not due for perod for another two and a half weeks. and if so will i still be in with a chance if i bd to day, as partner is at work. does the ov pains means im out of my window of oppurtunity ??????? thxs
