Hi all,

Sorry to post again but my anxiety is driving me mad. I am 4+5 weeks pregnant so very early. Had nausea, sore breasts and bad headaches (I have cut out caffeine which may have caused the headaches) however the last few days the nausea and headaches have disappeared. Today I am having uncomfortable cramping and a pain in my right side, feels like it's my hip. It's not unbearable and comes and goes but I am not sure if it's anything to worry about. I am still waiting for the midwife team at the hospital to call me so am using Google to look up symptoms which isn't helping 😭

ah hun its so scary these first few weeks

your cramping pains are likely your uterus stretching, remember right now at this point the baby is TINY and tucked away behind your pubic bone so is very well protected and snug

symptoms will come and go as your hormones fluctuate this is completley normal too!

Google is a prick!

Try not to worry too much lovely

Ah thank you so much for your reply netty. I am trying to keep rationale but it's so hard. I think everyone should get a midwife who moves in with them during their pregnancy to keep them calm! If only....

it is the worst time for worry i really feel your pain!

if you are very anxious you could maybe pay private for a scan when you are further along say 7/8 weeks?

That 12 week wait to the first NHS scan is forever
