Now I'm in Tri 3?

Should I be eating more of certain things? Doing certain exercises?

FTM here so any advice is much appreciated x x x
 
SLEEPING, LOTS OF SLEEPING!!!! Seriously, the more sleep you can get, the better especially as you get 35+ weeks

Although you will be too big to get comfy in bed soon and wake up about five times an hour needing a wee. So sleep will feel almost impossible! But seriously do try to take it easy and rest.
 
Keep exercising if you can too or do some gentle walking, it will help you sleep and help prevent your muscles stiffening. Plus the fitter we are now the easier recovery will be :)
 
I would agree with everyone else. Keep doing lots of gentle exercise. Get plenty of sleep and keep well hydrated.

I've got loads of recipes too with my business that include lots of iron so will be mixing these up this week x xx
