Over the last two days I've been feeling iller and iller and my head is absolutely banging, feels like I've been shot it the face and my jaw/face aches. Is paracetamol absolutely ok to take? I believe so, but obviously I want to do Nothing that may have repercussions, especially as I've had bleeding already this week. There seems to be conflicting information, and anything that says "as a last resort" can't be great.

Yes definitely take paracetamol, you can take it at the normal doses without any problems hun xx

The preference is that no drugs are taken during pregnancy which is why they recommend paracetamol is only taken for the minimum period required. The NHS are happy to say paracetamol is safe if needed. Drinking lots of water may help with the headaches, i felt really dehydrated all through my pregnancy as your body needs more water than usual xx

Yes defo ok to take paracetemol, my dr told me this when I had a virus. I try not to take it until I can't cope, but I have taken it a few times through out my pregnancy for bad headaches and back pain. x

When I was pregnant before I had horrific migraines and used to used a 4head stick all the time, really helped x
