I took Harley into work today to see my team and show him off

my manager took him of me and started bouncing him around ect, but then Harl was moaning a lil, then all of a sudden he was quiet and i seen my manager (a woman who smokes) had her finger in his mouth letting him use it as a dummy!

made me feel sick i wanted to snatch him of her, but kept my mouth shut!!!

have i just got my head up my arse or do you think its a bit rude?


ohhh yeah and she took her shoe of was moaning about a ingrown toe nail picked at her toe then touched Harley

 

That's not very well thinking on her part at all. I wouldn't have been happy with that. You're not being stuck up.

I wouldn't be happy as she smokes. However Seren is always putting peoples fingers in her mouth which I am usually ok with as it is better then the cats tail (my daughter will have great immunity at this rate). However smoking is a big no no from me.

I dont even let Ellis's dad touch him after he has smoked until he goes and washes his hand.... Trust me i have tried to stop him smoking all together but its not working!!!

lol, ruben has just in the last week "discovered" the cat! he's a gentle fellow (the cat that is) and doesn't even bat an eyelid when ruben grabs him. the other day i just caught ruben grabbing hold of the cat and before i could stop him had his fist in his mouth - the cat is moulting like mad at the moment... should have seen ruben's face... don't think he liked fur!!!

they say that people now are no longer getting immunity against some germs as we clean everything too much. i have no qualms letting ruben grab hold of some grass and then shoving his fist in his mouth - but wouldn't be happy if other people stuck their fingers in his mouth!!! depends who it is i suppose, a friend i wouldn't mind so much, but...

i am really freaked by this sort of thing - have no probs with anything alex grabs and sticks in his mouth but people who seem a but dirty putting their grubby hands anywhere near him i cant stand.

there is a woman in our road whose house is minging inside (dh helped her change a fire alarm battery once and said he couldnt get out quick enough!) and although she looks clean enough she lives in filth. she touched alex's cheek when he was about 3 weeks old and i made excuses to leave and rushed in to wash his face

so no you are def not being stuck up - i on the other hand may well be
