Saw my consultant yesterday and my bp, whilst not as high as last week, is still too high for me, so I have been booked in to be induced tomorrow!
Had an examination and dr said that FINALLY the baby was engaged and that I was 1cm dilated but the cervix was still posterior.
Quite nervous about the induction as my entire labour will happen away from the comforts of my own home- I had visualised myself cooking and cleaning and with my husband for the whole event, to distract myself from the pain, but that just can't happen in the hospital.
I am trying to convince this baby to come on her own- 24 hours of bouncing on my birthing ball and going for stupidly long walks should do it... what d'ya reckon?
