Induction Date Looming..........

eeeeek....hospital called today to go in sat 10am to be inducted

They also said that if they're busy they will send me home again........grrrrr! On Monday I will exactly two weeks over.........does anyone know how long they will leave me to go over if they cant fit me in sat??

It depends on the hospital, but I think 2 weeks is maximum! I believe my hospital would only wait 10 days.

It's normally 10 days - 2 weeks but some people refuse induction anyway (I have this plan) and last til 43 weeks so I wouldn't worry baby might come before then anyway! Just keep trying the old tricks!

My MW told me they wouldnt let me go over 15 days of my due date

They wouldn't let my sister go over 12 days at her hosp and at mine it's 14..
Hopefully you won't need to be induced xx

Thanks girlies, well by sat I will be 12 days over, so hopefully they wont make me wait much longer.........Im just sooo impatient now lol xx

Here your not allowed to go over 12days.

I got induced with my son and he was 12 days late, when I arrived to be induced I was already 3cm dilated so popped my waters there and then. It was really weird knowing the date my child would b born, obviously in the hope i wasn't in labour too long long lol.
Vie to get induced at 38weeks, so will be strange knowing my daughters dob.

Oh I bet you can't wait for this weekend! X

It's strange to think tonight is our last night as a twosome! I'm gonna have a long soak in the bath, do hair and we're gonna order a huge take away treat eeeeeeek!!! Xxx
