Inbox nearly full?

My inbox is nearly full, so does that mean that it will automatically start to delete PMs if i get any more or does that mean that i can't recieve anymore?

You need to delete your inbox or others will not be able to send you a PM. Clearing both in and out box is advised, both store messages.
