Just had a call from my sister. She is pregnant too. She is 26 weeks but has had a really rough time with her blood pressure and has been in and out of hospital.

She just phoned to tell me that today her baby died. She happened to mention to the doctor today that she hadn't felt much movement. She had a scan and they told her the baby had sadly died.

We are so close and have gone through pregnancy together. I have been really worried about her but never dreamed it would come to this. She has to deliver the baby on Saturday.

It's too sad for words. I'm still In shock and can't stop crying.

I'm so so sorry to hear this, it's devastating ;(

I had to deliver my son at 30 weeks due to them spotting a problem late on after I mentioned lack of movement, he survived for 2 days only but we got some time with him. He was just too sick by the time they delivered him. It is so very hard, she will get through but it will take time. I couldn't see how but 18 months on I have since had another baby and my baby girl is now 7 months old. Big hugs to you all at this sad time xxx RIP little one xxx

Oh Hun, my heart goes out to your sister. That's so sad and hard to process I cannot imagine how she is feeling right now and just hope that with your help she can find peace. You have been through quite a bit him so make sure you look after yourself too.
