today i was picking a tree for my ront garden and thought maybe a tree or a shrub would be nice to plant in memory?

I think its a lovely idea, i lost my baby in December, it was the most traumatic experience i have been through and i had a small flower tattooed on my shoulder in memory of my baby.

I also have to say to Budge that although everybody is entitled to their opinion i think your words of 'i hate tattoos, no tattoos are in good taste' and the fact that you even put an emoticons of is to me very hurtful and disrespectful to people including myself who get comfort from a personal memory of their lost babys.

Mary70 again i find your comments hurtful as you also say you hate tattoos and there are better ways to remember a baby, think of all the woman who do remember their babys this way and how much it means to them! I dont think your comments help

first of all i have to say breezee1984 that was out of order, i know youve been through alot but there was no need to make happy_chick feel like that, shes had a hard time too. Why should she be made to feel guilty And jiesta like budge said she asked for a good taste or bad taste answer, i love tatoos but i dont feel hurt by budges comment like she said it is merely her opinion so y get angry bout it

Mel&hope im not quite sure why you felt the need to add a reply to me!? I addressed budge with what i thought, budge answered me with her reply, all good then you come in and answer for budge!! I wasn't angry about the comments just a bit upset that my memory of my baby was dismissed as . When i replied it was maybe in the heat of the moment and high emotions but angry wasn't one of them just hurt where its still all raw. There was no need for you to add your little piece!

Breezee, i just wanted to say that i think having a tatoo in memory if your baby is a great idea, i have 7 and although only 1 has meaning i love em all

I think tattoos are great, my friend whose baby died recently has just have one done in Alfie's memory, I think it's lovely.

She had a gerbera (the flowers which were the theme for his christening and her favourties) and his name. His dad also had a tattoo done of all 3 boys names.

My friend who's brother died not long ago had his name tattoo'd on his chest where his heart is, i thought that was lovely too.
