In hospital with suspected appendicitis :-(

hi all hope you're ok.
so I had gp appt at 10 snce the pain hadn't eased at all. he sent me to Epu, they checked and LO is fine, so they referred me to general surgery who think I have appendicitis. Good thing is that baby is ok. w ill update when I know anymore.

now on a ward am the youngest y around 50 years! lol x

Good thing is bubs is ok but poor you babe ( hugs ) Thats so painfull isnt it - will they consider taking them out then ? Can they do that while pg ? Thinking of you sweetie. xx

They now don't think its appendix but are unsure what it is so being kept in till Monday to do tests and hopefully find out z

Hope you find out soon and get some good news. At least it's not appendicitis, that's a good thing. I had a similar thing when I was 18, suspected appendicitis, couldn't find anything wrong, then it went away by itself, no explanation! They reckoned it was a bowel thing and I was just majorly constipated!! Hopefully it's just something straightforward like that xx

really hope ur ok hun and it isnt full blown appendidictis as its horrible and painful, i had it when i was younger and if it needs to come out they will have to get em out!! lets just hope they were rumbling appendics as that can come and go without having them removed xxx

thanks ladies am still in. got a scan tomorrow to see if they can tell what it is. baby is having a quiet day to which doesnt help the worry.
