Implantation Pains?

Sorry for invading but i figured this question would make more sense being directed at people that are pregnant than ttc

I was just wondering if anyone experienced implantation pains and what they felt like?

I am 7 DPO so implantation could occur at any time from now and today i have been getting ovulation type pangs.

They seem to be less central than ovulation pains, more towards my hip and they are... i'd say more sharp.

I was just wondering if anyone had any input.

I suppose it could be gas but it is very localised and i've felt in in the same place a few times today.

I had really bad implantation cramping before we found out we were expecting. I put it down to period pain - that's all I can describe it as, sharp period-like pains.
