Implantation bleeding PCOS????

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum but really need a little advise or to hear of someone who has been through the same as me.
I am currently 26 years old and suffer from PCOS. I am very lucky to be a mum of 2 but have wanted to extend my family these last few months.
I was recently prescribed metformin to help with conception so every little early pregnant sign, I tend to get my hopes up.
So, this month is totally different, as you probably know, having PCOS, ovulation is very rare and cycles are not regular at all. My periods come whenever they feel like. On Friday, I noticed a little brown spotting so I thought it was my period, Saturday was very small spotting again mixed with some mucus (which I have never experience) Sunday was nothing at all and today very small spotting. Iv been having aches in my hip bones and feeling extremely tired.
Would I be overthinking if I thought this could be implantation bleeding? I would be so happy if someone has experienced this and could give me some feedback. (BTW my periods are usually very very heavy).

I don't have any advice but just wanted to wish you luck, holding thumbs that it's implantation bleeding with a BFP to follow!!

It could be! We spent a lot of time thinking about symptoms but led to disappointment, the BFP came and was a surprise! Only symptom being really tired.
