Have just been told my Nanna has passed over tonight, about 7pm. She just went in her sleep at home with my grandy, she was my rock through everything in my life and i cant take it in that shes gone... i just cant stop crying and cant think how my grandy is going to cope without her

Ohhh no. I'm so sorry I know it's a silly thing thing to say but I hope you're OK, and I will be thinking of you. My Granny passed away two weeks before I had Amber and I was so devastated so I can imagine how you're feeling, I'm so sorry to hear about this.
