I'm scared!

Something strange happened today. and I still can't figure out what it was!!
After giving LO a bath and wrapping him up in his towel. and putting his nappy on, I discovered that the towel was wet with a urine like stain! not sure though it was urine coz it was at the back of the towel and i don't think boys leak from behind do they? I assumed maybe he had a diarreah or something!! not sure and don't know what to do!!! I am observing him now and nothing happened so far but that yellowish stain is freaking me out!!!
(it didn't smell so much like urine though)!
sorry if tim (his poo is usually greenish)

He probably peed and it run underneath and onto the towel. Finlay managed to get it over his bloody shoulders the other day

If it was yellow maybe he had a tiny drop of poo that was diluted from the wetness from the bath?
