I'm freezing milk!!!

After struggling with supply through illness/blood loss I was having to top up with formula as I just didn't have enough milk.

In the last 5 days it's suddenly come in big time and not only are we on exclusively breast milk but in the last 36 hours I've had to freeze 12oz!!!

To say I'm DELIGHTED is the understatement of the century! There were time I was so poorly and so flat that when I was barely getting anything I considered giving up and FF, I'm so glad I stuck with it!

I feel surprisingly reassured with milk in the freezer too, if I can freeze that much most days then what a safety net that is!

What a nice self indulgent post for my 1000th!

Well done! It's an amazing feeling isn't it!

I once read some good advice "feed your baby not your freezer"

So once you have a good amount stored you can cut down on expressing and have some mummy time! X

Well done for keeping at it hun. Glad you are better and that your milk supply is abundant. Shows you what hard work and perseverance achieves, without trying to be patronising you should be so proud of yourself xx

Well done! What did you do to increase supply? I'm desperately trying to get ahead so I can freeze some but it's not happening for me xxx

Well done you! I remember getting to that point too - it takes time and a lot of hard work, but its really worth it!
