Im back :) Dont know anyone else to ask!

Well after taking some time off PF im back.. Not with a BFP unfortunatly .. As some of you know my cycles have gone haywire! Got my day 3,21 & 35 bloods done 7 weeks ago and went back to get the results and the doctor was a complete bitch! She told me they were normal?

Anyhow i noticed the word pre menopause >90 on my day 3 results? Does anyone understand what this means? Its playing on my mind constantly xx

I think that would be your FSH Hun, it gives an indication of ovarian reserve, it's not panic stations but you shouldn't hang around to get referred either Hun.

How old are you, and how long have you been ttc?

Im just gone 22 & been trying since January.. My baby was stillborn in october & my periods came back to a 32 day for 3 months then 46 and took provera to induce my last period that finally came day 70 something.. Im on cd 52 now xx

Are you seeing a specialist Hun?

Considering your age and history you should have been referred, sometimes docs can be blunt and rude to you when they don't understand things.

To me "pre menopause >90" or whatever you saw just sounds like a reference marker, simply stating the ranges that the results might fall into.

If you don't like your GP, get another. Don't stick with her just for the sake of it.

I'm sorry for your loss and i can appreciate that such a devastating event can send you looking for answers, but like Maybe said i think you need to see a specialist or at the very least another GP to explain the results and the numbers to you.

You can always go into the surgery and ask for a printed copy of all of your results and do some research on the figures
