Having spent two hours in bed trying not to be sick, i';ve had to sneak downstairs, where i've set up my now regular 'morning sickness camp', which includes my little radio, toast, lemon tea and ice cold water, all in an attempt to make the sickness pass so i can fall asleep. SOO tired too, as i'm just not getting enough sleep anymore with this new little routine, and end up falling asleep in the sofa and waking abruptly when the birds start tweeting..

anyone else awake at this hour? Nausea really starting to kick in now too. Nothing seems to ease it at night. Oh well. Yawn....

just clinging onto the one positive thought that it's a good sign for the pregnancy.

I hope your getting some sleep now.
I'm struggling with sleep too, namely the lack of it!!!!

Sickness can be awful, I've had it really bad with my pregnancies.

You poor thing. Have you actually been sick or are you just feeling sick?

I feel so sick at night it's horrible. Last night I was just wishing I would be sick so it could be over, yuk!

Big hugs

Hey,
I'm struggling to get to sleep with finding a way to lie so I don't feel sick then when I do get to sleep I'm waking up a couple of hours later feeling sick. It will be worth it in the end though lol.

   I remember last time I used to suffer all night and stayed up all night and slept all day!
No chance of that this time so I'm lucky I get mine in the day

Hope you manage to catch up on your sleep

woke up at 11am!!!! So def caught up on sleep! It seems if i stay awake past 3am then i start to feel better.

Also feeling dizzy in the day now too. Just tried to go shopping but ended up giving up after 20 minutes and laid down on the grass in the park, too lightheaded to be arsed with shops!

I wonder why some of us get this at night and not so much in the day? Weird.

Haven't been sick yet, but am so close to it it's horrible. No relief at all when you're just lying there with your stomach spinning like a spin drier. I now can't even go near our bin. As soon as i open it's lid i gag, It's almost comedic.
