If you've had bleeding and clots what did the clots look like?

I've been bleeding since Friday and it's easing off now...hoping to go for a scan tomorrow. Just wondering what other people's clots have looked like? I've only had 1 noticeable clot and it was about 7cm long with a small hard lump at the end and didn't dissolve in water (?tmi). It looked a bit like placenta...mostly red though, no grey tissue. I'm worried that the hard lump in the end was the foetus Can anyone tell me what their clots looked like and if they went on to have a successful pregnancy??

Hi hun, when i mc i was having some which were just like normal period ones, but then one day i had one which was like a pinky light fleshy colour (the others were alot darker). Im no expert though, hope u get to have a scan tomorrow xxx

Have you asked your midwife about this clot? If you haven't I think you should, everyone's experiences here could be very different. Good luck xxxxxxxx

Hi hun when I mc there was lots of little clots, I passed my baby at 6 weeks and it was like a little dark red sac conneted to 2 other blood clot like shapes but they were fleshy not clotty if that makes sense? was prob about 4 cm xx
