It's official, there isn't a single boys name out there we like! I have read two baby naming books cover to cover, looking at every single boys name in existence and crossing them off as I go so I know I've thought about them/tried them out. I've trawled the Internet, looked at every possible variation of every name and NOTHING! Obviously given the name Solomon for our 1st we like slightly different/unpopular names, but nothing completely made up or unheard off, we also like that its shortened to Sol. If its a girl we have our name sorted but if its another boy were definitely screwed. Unless anybody can just suggest the perfect name now???? Can't be anything biblical again. And has to go with surname: Stallard. HELP?!?!

We are the same with a girls name hun!!!

If we have a girl we have nothing, not a single name we like??

Thank you very much. I like rocco. That has been on my list but hubby not convinced.

I didn't have a boys name picked either ... My poor boy was nameless for about 12 hours, but we did come up with one... You'll be fine x

Please excuse any typos from my fat fingers!
Tapatalk madness!

A 'random' slightly out-there one is my step-grandfathers name: Lancelot

I love it but hubby hates it and it goes with your surname

Try matching something with Guarino :oooo:

xxxx

When i read the name Solomon, the first name to go with it that popped into my head was Edgar. Edgar Stallard - i really like it anyway :)

Oooh, yes, I like Edgar too! It goes really well with Solomon...Sol and Ed :)

Ooooh quite liking Edgar, think hubby will hate it but will try it out! Does go well with Solomon, thanks Louise. How are you anyway, I remember you from ttc before having Sol! X

Hiya Toni :)

I remember you from the first time around, trying to forget the fact i'm still in the ttc section though ;)

I'm alright thanks, IVF cycle number 5 about to start

Good luck with your pregnancy xx

My nephew is called Loick.... Loick Stallard? He does get called Lo though so not sure if that goes with Sol.

How come you dont want two biblical names hun? I think Noah goes well with your surname :) xxx

Because I don't like any others, Noah far too popular these days, quite liked Moses an one point, Sol and Mo. but hubby hates it and thinks 'we've done the biblical thing once' etc xx

Lorenzo is a nice name, my partner loves that too and Vicenta. Its so hard to choose, I called my little man (hes now 4) Millen xx

Hey Toni, I suddenly thought of a cute name for you today while ironing (as you do!)

It could be horrible to you , but here goes...... Saul

Sol and Saul X
