Ideas for 2nd birthday presents??

Cant believe my little Ffion is going to be 2 in June

We're going to Haven for the week (just the 4 of us) so we're not having a party as such... maybe just go out for lunch on her birthday which is 2 days before we go away.

any ideas for presents... im stumped...

I'm guessing you already have a full range of arts and crafts things and plasticine?

they have music instruments - we have music time singing nursery songs etc on a regular basis
and yeah all arts & crafts/placiticine we've got and they got tonnes of kitchen stuff off everybody for christmas *sigh*

my kids arent spoilt.. like they dont have a lot of expensive stuff but it seems rhys has accumulated so many 'older' toys that theres not much left to buy ffion

This is great thread as I've been wondering about what to get Sophie who's 2 in March. It's a nightmare having Birthdays so close to Christmas as we run out of ideas!

I really wanted to get Sophie a kitchen but I just don't have space. I might steal your idea for a cooking set though Wobbles - and probably a few others.

I was thinking of getting finger paints and play-dough as you can never have enough of that kind of stuff and I saw a lush, pink pony in Toys r Us that's big enough to sit on.

Hey,

We got Ava some nice things from the Disney Store - they have a gorgeous Tinkerbell tea set which is in a big fairy teapot... it's really girly and pretty. They also do a Mickey Mouse one (my Mum has this at her house). They have lovely things and all reaonably priced. Ava loves little jigsaws and colouring in books and sticker books.

What about the younger Lego Duplo? It's great , (you can get a lovely yellow bus that has people that you put in the top, Ebay has lots of cheep preowned ones too )

its a bit expensive but i know both kids will play with it all summer.. and theres 5 different things too!

im going to get her a few books and clothes for her to open too coz im not friggin wrapping all them outdoor toys LMAO!
