The girls that were in my ante natal class have all kept in contact and we take turns each month to have everyone round for coffee..

Well it's my turn on Wed and I am going to do some baking, but want some suggestions.... I usually just do some sort of cookies, but fancy something different....

is that the posh name for caramel shortcake? I thought of that but I dont have condensed milk and cant be assed going shopping!

Muffins are always good. I like making blueberry or lemon ones. And with good coffee they are always yummy.

Also ginger biscuits are really easy to make.
