does anyone else suffer from IBS? i had it this morning i could not wait till i was empty i get really hot and start feeling sick i just did not know what end it was coming out this morning x

i had it for years and the doctor suggested cutting out caffeine..... it worked for me x

Me too! Had it for years! For me it was trial and error as to what I could and couldn't eat/drink!

Even worse now I'm PG but sure it'll all be worth it

Lactulose is good, can buy over the counter too xx
