Anyone else suffer from this and how did you find it through your pregnancy?

I had it really bad for years then went vegan about 6 months before I got pregnant. sorted out all my symptoms and I'd never felt better. Since having the baby im still not eating meat but I've been back on the dairy and I've been having the symptoms again. Really need to go back to what I was doing before as it definitely worked for me.

Good luck, it's horrible isn't it? Xxx

I was doing quite well with it before I got pregnant, but it seems to have flared up again. Think I'll have to monitor what I'm eating and see if I can get it under control, I've lost nearly half a stone since Christmas which isn't normal for me - not complaining about that though lol

I suffer from it not had a flare up since I found out I was pregnant tho dont no if theres anything safe to take for it during pregnancy tho your best asking you GP they might be able to give you something, its horrible im hoping it keeps at bay while im pregnant x

I suffered with it befgore I was pregnant too but not had it at all since being pregnant! The doctor did actually say to me that it was common in women my age and usually went after you had a baby! not sure why though?!

I have it and have done for years now!
I also went vegan and I think that helped me a bit, I still get the flare ups but not as bad as before.
Midwife did mention that there are drugs that are safe to take during pregnancy so may be worth asking you doctor?
