Mine has improved since going into tri 2. It's hard when your body don't seem to know what it's at, I stuck to plain foods (when I could eat) drank lots of water and had peppermint tea when I could manage it. I also ate fruit as I suffer both ways if you know what I mean!
Thanks for all your help, am going to speak to midwife again and try gp, midwife put me as a high risk pregnancy because of it which means i now cant have the home birth i wantd Hoping it gets better x
