I have just started my 12th cycle, next month i would have been trying for a year
Is it to early to come in here? It feels like i have been trying for alot longer and i know alot of you have been trying for alot long but i am slowly losing hope.

A year's not that long if you was on the pill,coil or depo before you started trying. It can take up to a year to normalise even if you still had regualr periods hun.

thankyou ladies.
So far i havent done loads.
I have eaten healthier and just generally having lots of sex. I have just read an artical about having sex every day for about week up till ov to help improve sperm quality so we are going to do that. Up until now we havent really been worrying about it and i wouldnt say we stressed over it either. But now its coming up to a year, i am stil young, i think that we should of have some luck by now.
My cycles are any where between 30-37days so i must ov at different times BUT for the last 3months or so we have been having sex at least every other day up intil about day 24ish.
I would like to hear about anything else i could do if anything
