No i know what you mean, I do think it helps reassure you and let u know things are moving along ok. Im 23 weeks nearly and Im still sick on and off but the nasasua has gone and i always tell baby i dont mind if its all for them!

i thought mornign sickness only happened in the first trimester?

Nope! It can continue for the whole pregnancy! Though it more often just stays in the first tri!
I got sickness with my DD until about week 27! Then permanent heartburn!! lol

I know exactly how you feel - I know it sounds mad to people who've suffered with sickness but I think I would find it reassuring too. When I fell pg last year, I had sore boobs and tiredness but no sickness, ended up having m/c at 10 wks and can't help wondering if this was a sign that things were not right.

Mind you, I hate being sick and if I start throwing up in the next couple of weeks, please feel free to remind me this is what I wanted
