I think my baby is coming!!!

Hello Girls,

Am I been a wimp or is it contractions?
I was having pains every ten minutes last night, not really bad but i could not sleep.
when I got up they eased off but still had back pain!
I had a sweep this morning about ten, then I went for a walk!
NOw the pains are back, worse than last night!!
Would it work that fast?
I am scared to admit its happening I think!!
Dont want to worry my OH yet, but he is a hour away at work!!

I think I am in labour too! Getting pains, which e pretty bad but they are fairly irregular at the mo. It has been going on all morning.

I don't know but it sounds to me like a maybe!!! ....

All i can sugest is .. time the pains ... and call your M/W and see what advice they can give you ... keep us posted!!!

It is a bit of a coincidence that you had your sweep and now you have pains.

Best thing to do, have a bath, if they are true labour pains they will stay or even get worse as a hot bath is supposed to bring them on. If it's not labour they will go away.

Ring your midwife just to warn her, so they can prepare for you coming.

Hi hun i hope it is labor starting for you hun all i can advise is that you do as teh girls have said time them and take a nice hot bath try to stay calm but if the contractions start getting more and more regular then i would get your OH home!!
