I think ive done something to my hand again grrr

Ive just took Hopes beaker off of her as she was tipping juice all over her iggle piggle, not fooking cheap so why does she do it, so ive taken the beaker and ive sort of slammed it on the table, but i think ive hurt my hand again from when i hurt it before, stupid doctors thought it was fractured then it wasnt Ive just had the worst pain in it again, its been tender ever since i took my plint off, what could it be??

Go to the docs if it's still hurting hun!
I strained my hand 5 years ago while doing yoga and the pain comes back at least once a year if I hurt it again! Good luck, you may need to have it wrapped tightly for a while till the pain goes away
