Ahhh its got me hooked, its taking over...Ive crumbled and bought some OPKs. Basically because my cycles are all over the place and I was so sure it would happen quick but I think Im out of touch with things lol.
So, here I am with my OPKs ready to go and no clue on what/how/when to do it all. :*(

Try to use 2 OPKs a day if you've bought the cheapie ones, use in the morning then afternoon/evening time as we've found that some of us get out surges at different times of the day

Thanks for the list but I do already have it, I was perhaps exaggerating slightly at not knowing what or when to do it all

Kezza, the ones I have are NHS ones and they say only need to do it once a day and sadly, thats all I can do really because of my shift work and my partners too. They say not to use FMU as well. I did one yest and one today and they are both very very faint so hopefully Ill get there

OPKs are on the go.....very very faint but I should be in my 'fertile' time now and so were BDing anyway! lol
