where/how do I start?

Ok I need some instructions/guidelines/HELP!!!

I bought a big lot of OPKs and in all honesty I have no idea how to use them. I know about peeing in a pot and that bit but when/what time/when to start - that's where - get stuck.

I have PCOS so have no idea when the start of my cycle is or when I'm due my next period!

Please someone help me!!!

Hi Em

Best time to use them is after you've been up a little while in the day (they generally recommend between 10am-6pm I believe)

I know that PCOS can affect OPK readings but don't know much about that, but the website that brownie has recommended makes great reading!!
