I must really start to buy essential things for baby like pram etc as up to now all i have bought is clothes, nappies bottles etc. I'm starting to get a little confused of what pram to buy and worrying i am leaving it too late as many shops you pre-order and the pram is dispatched weeks later. My main need is a pram is to have a reversible seat unit as i always want the option to be able to see my baby even when she is older. So the ideas i had were;
http://www.cosatto.com/product-subcateg ... %20Combi's
http://www.icandyuk.com/products_detail ... y_carrycot
http://www.mothercare.com/gp/product/B0 ... 1&mcb=core

Do you know of any other prams/pushchairs with reversible seat units and carry cot mode too?

I had a brilliant Mamas and Papas system, where the carrycot, car seat or pushchair unit clipped straight onto the frame, either forwards or rear facing. I loved it so much and I'm gutted I can't use it again this time but as my DD gonna be less than 18 months I really need a double.

Sorry I don't have a link for it, but think there are normally lots on ebay, or you can prob go via the Mamas and Papas website.

Good luck x

I don't know what you links are as I can't get them to work, so sorry if you hav thought of these, but how about:

Quinny Buzz
Bugaboo Cameleon
Bebe Confort Loola
Mothercare MyChoice
Maxi-Cosi Mura

Plus, Mamas and Papas do a few that parent face. Hope that helps.

We have the Hauck Infinity - I know that Kiddicare sell it with a carrycot. This is our 3rd pram

We originally wanted something light, as I stupidly thought I'd be carrying it up to our flat every day :wall: So I chose the Micralight Toro over the iCandy Apple. Though in my gut I knew I wish I'd had one that faced me.

We then got a Maclaren Quest, which is great for a stroller but still doesn't face me.

My Mum then offered to buy me one that faced me - so we didn't have a big budget. I picked up the Hauck Infinity brand new on ebay for £120 inc delivery (this is without carrycot mind you).

For the money its brill. However had I had my time again, I might have gone for the iCandy Apple, especially as I think you can convert it to a double pushchair with them both facing you (you might have to double check that). It's worth going to see if you can though.

I wouldn't regret too much, my friend has an iCandy Apple and she stopped using it before 3 months as it was so big and awkward to push.

I've got the Loola with the carry cot and maxi cosi car seat. No problems so far, the cot is great and can be used as a long distance car seat as it lays them flat. I would have gone for the creatis but I wanted an isofix seat.

I bought them all seperately and saved a fortune on the travel system package.

We have the MaxiCosi Mura - it's big, heavy and bulky - but I love it  it's a bloody pain but It's the most enjoyable pushchair i've owned!!

ive got the britax vigour , fantastic ! you can buy the carry cot seperatly and would need to for a new born .
