This is the one we went for:

As Ellie was getting too squashed width wise in our seat but wasn't heavy enough to go forward facing. This way we can keep her rear facing for longer. She is so much more comfy in this one now. Only slight complaint is you can't easily take all the straps off for washing if (or when) she is sick. However the cover comes off easily as do the pad parts of the straps.
